# How to apply 'Visible' Status per Channel

## Overview

A product, modifier, modifier group or bundle can be set to `"visible": false` which by default would disable it on all channels. By applying `channelOverrides`  variations on this disabled status can apply per channel. 

### Channel Overrides

The below snippet is an example of how you can specify a visible status override at a channel level via the <Anchor target="_blank" href="https://developers.deliverect.com/v1.1-restaurants/reference/insert-update-products-and-categories">'Insert Product'</Anchor> endpoint.

The nested structure for `"channelOverrides"` specifies firstly the channel by it's global ID  (see <Anchor target="_blank" href="https://developers.deliverect.com/v1.1-restaurants/reference/channel-integrators">GET Integrated channels</Anchor>) followed by the `"visible"` boolean.

The result would be that items can be disabled on specified channels;
