# Loyalty Channel - Overview

# Introduction

Our Loyalty API allows a channel integrator to seamlessly integrate a complete loyalty experience into their ordering flow, with endpoints to manage customer profiles, display loyalty tiers and handle the entire program retrieval and redemption process.
