Commerce Basket - set 'Drop Off' type

As Delivery partners need to know how an order should be handed over to the guest. An optional dropoffType field has been added to the basket fulfillment object to capture the customer's preference and pass it on to the integrated dispatch platform

Accepted values are curbside, leaveatdoor and door. Any other value is rejected with a validation error; omit the field or send null if it isn't captured.
