Partnership Inquiry – Using Deliverect as Middleware for Toast POS
Hi Deliverect Team,
My name is Bill Mitchell, and I run FEASTBOT, a digital ordering platform used by multiple restaurants across New Jersey. We provide branded online ordering websites, mobile ordering, QR table ordering, automated delivery routing, and POS-ready order exports.
I am reaching out to confirm whether Deliverect can act as a middleware partner for us in the following setup:
FEASTBOT (custom ordering platform) → Deliverect API → Toast POS
Specifically, we want to:
- Send you our normalized order JSON (we already produce a structured ingestion payload).
- Have Deliverect map items/modifiers to the correct Toast menu, including multiple locations under the same brand.
- Have Deliverect inject the order into Toast POS in real time.
- Use Deliverect as the ongoing integration layer for multiple restaurant clients running Toast.
Before we move forward, can you please confirm:
- Whether Deliverect supports ingestion of custom first-party orders from our platform (not via storefront, but via API)?
- Whether you can receive and process structured JSON that we send via webhook or API endpoint?
- Whether you can synchronize menu items and modifiers from Toast and handle the mapping automatically or with your onboarding team?
- Whether there are minimum volume requirements, and what pricing looks like for this type of integration?
- Whether we can onboard multiple restaurants under one FEASTBOT provider account?
We have a restaurant ready now that requires Toast POS injection and would like to move quickly once we confirm feasibility.
I can provide sample orders, JSON payloads, and restaurant details immediately.
Thank you,
Bill Mitchell
