I don't understand of concept behind the base price of a meal deal.

When i picked up the order, it look like this one: https://imgbox.com/K26BapOS

In the order, i have one meal deal that I didn't pick any of the item, and the meal deal that i picked some.

Is the meal deal base price based on the default selection of item in meal deal that we set up in
