Questions About Becoming a Deliverect Integration Partner

Hi Deliverect team,

We are exploring the possibility of building an integration with Deliverect and would appreciate some clarity on how the partnership process generally works for companies at an early stage.

In particular, I wanted to understand the following:

  • What does Deliverect typically look for when evaluating a company for integration partnership?
  • Are there any costs associated with API access, technical onboarding, certification, or joining the partner program?
  • Would Deliverect consider working with a company that has a working product, a clear integration use case, and the technical capability to build and support the integration, but is still in the process of building its customer base?
  • Is there a formal application or review process for prospective partners, and if so, what does that usually involve?
  • Are there any technical, commercial, or operational expectations that a prospective partner should be aware of before applying?

I’m trying to get a better understanding of these points before moving forward with the partner application, just to assess whether it would be the right next step from our side.
