FAQ

Become a Partner

How do I become a Deliverect partner?

Complete the partner application form on the Deliverect website. A member of our Partnerships team will reach out to guide you through the next steps.

What happens after I sign up with Deliverect?

Once you sign up, you will receive a Welcome email containing access to your staging account and your API keys — everything you need to start building and testing your integration.

Getting Started

What do I do after receiving my staging account and API credentials?

Start testing your integration using the Certification document as a guide. The Certification document is included in your Welcome email and outlines all required functionality.

What do I need to become a certified partner?

You need to support all the required functionality and features outlined in your Certification document. Once all items are checked off, schedule a certification call with the Deliverect team.

Can I modify an order after it has been placed?

No. Once an order is placed it cannot be amended. Any changes must be handled through a cancellation and re-order flow.

Can I poll Deliverect for orders?

No, polling is not supported. You must configure an Orders Webhook URL on your end to receive orders pushed from Deliverect in real time.

Does Deliverect have a Reporting API?

Deliverect does not have a traditional Reporting API, but you can collect order data using the Reporting Endpoint feature — structured order payloads pushed after each fulfilment.

Certification

When do I get access to the production environment?

You will receive production access once you successfully pass your certification. Production credentials are sent immediately after the certification process is complete.

How long does certification take?

It depends on how ready your integration is. On average it takes two certification calls to complete. Being well-prepared with your Certification document checklist beforehand speeds things up significantly.

Post-Certification & Go-Live

How do I go live with my first customer?

Our team will guide you through the onboarding of your first customer. Make sure you test your production environment thoroughly after receiving production credentials before the go-live.

How do I know if there are any changes to the API?

Deprecations of APIs, features, or attributes are announced on the API Updates page. You can also subscribe to the changelog to be notified immediately about new features, deprecations, or breaking changes.
