How to implement the Register POS Webhook URL?

I have read the following guide https://developers.deliverect.com/docs/register-pos-webhook-url-how-to-register-a-location on how to implement the Register POS Webhook URL but Im a little confused about the following paragraph

Unique URL

The Register POS webhook URL needs to be unique for the integration. We will use the same webhook for any future location registrations."

does this mean that as an integrator we can only have one URL for all of our customer accounts? or can we have one for every customer account?
