Hi everyone,
I’m currently working on an integration where accurate menu and product synchronization is critical, and I’m running into a few recurring issues. This is part of a project involving Escape Road, so menu accuracy and smooth synchronization are extremely important for our workflow.
Specifically, I’m seeing strange behavior when
Updating products with variant groups
Syncing nested modifiers or modifiers that belong to multiple items
Publishing menus where some products appear correctly in Deliverect but don’t get pushed to the connected channels
Have any of you run into similar product-sync issues?
If so, what approaches or best practices helped you solve them?
