How triger sync floor in staging enviroment

I am trying to figure out whether Deliverect is the right tool for me. I'll be building an app that retrieves the menu from our Lightspeed K-series POS. And also that would allow to order through the app and the order would appear in the Lightspeed POS.

I'm the founder of 360AI LLC (360restaurant.ai) — a multi-tenant AI ordering and FOH operations platform for high-volume restaurants and sports bars. We're seeking Channel API access to sync menus from restaurants' existing POS systems and inject orders placed through our QR/SMS/web interface directly into their POS.
Our use case is a standard channel integration and Deliverect's support team confirmed it aligns well with that type.
The challenge: we attempted the partner signup form at deliverect.com/en/become-a-partner but were filtered out at the "Locations Served" threshold — we are pre-launch by design, with a target go-live of April 1 on Square and a World Cup 2026 Houston deadline of June 14 for our Deliverect integration.
Has anyone else navigated partner onboarding from a pre-launch stage? Is there an alternative entry point for early-stage companies, or is the only path to wait until we have 100+ locations?

The Menu Model of the api documentation (referred from Menu Update channel webhook) was disappeared so i cannot access its content to read. Can you bring back the page?
