Introduction

Our Channel API provides the basic capabilities to:

• Ingest menu data via webhooks
• Create orders for POS injection
• Handle the order preparation statuses e.g. order Acceptance > Ready for Pickup events
• Process store operation events such as busy mode, snoozed products etc
