My name is Yoav, and I am the lead developer for a restaurant based in Amsterdam.
We currently use the Lightspeed Restaurant (K-Series) POS system. I am building a custom mobile app to handle our online ordering, and we need a reliable way to "inject" these external orders directly into our Lightspeed register and kitchen workflow.
Since we are looking to use Deliverect as the bridge between our app and the POS, I have a few questions regarding your Channel API:

The burger combo product is not part of the API request. Is there any way to get this?

I'm trying to use the API to set the isActive status of a location to false. However, I'm finding that in the test environment, the Uber Eats Channel is not setting to closed status.

Can I send multiple Item Notes when sending items in the order payload to Deliverect?

Hi there! When receiving orders on my POS, should I include the additional charges ("tip", "deliveryCost", "serviceCharge") in the total amount in all cases, or only when the restaurant handles its own delivery/pickup (and not through a third-party provider)? Also, if that’s the case, how can I differentiate between them?

Is there any way to keep the products that already exist in Deliverect without including them in all requests?

The Menu Model of the api documentation (referred from Menu Update channel webhook) was disappeared so i cannot access its content to read. Can you bring back the page?

Q: How is this callback address invoked? What request method is used? What parameters are sent? How does the third-party system know which location's menu to retrieve?
