Become an Integration Partner

Before you can begin an integration project, you need to be onboarded as a partner.

1. Complete the partner application form.
2. A member of our Partnership team will reach out to you directly.
3. Once you're signed up, you'll receive a Welcome email containing:
   • Access to a staging account
   • API Credentials
   • A certification document

All initial development and testing will be carried out in our staging environment. You won't get production access until our certification process is complete

Once your integration supports the required functionality, you'll go through certification.

• Certification is validated through a series of certification calls with the Deliverect team.
• On average, it takes two calls to complete certification, though this depends on how ready your integration is going in.
• You must meet all requirements in the certification document to pass.

Production access

As soon as you pass certification, you'll receive your production credentials — production access is granted immediately after certification is complete.

Onboarding your first customer

You won't be on your own for this — the Deliverect team will support you through the onboarding of your first live customer.
