How to access a test customer account

Introduction

When registered as an integration partner, you will gain access to our staging environment and both a Partner and Customer account;

• Partner account: Used to access all connected customer accounts and configure partner users
• Customer account: Used to test Deliverect functionality such as creating test orders and publishing menus.

Accessing your test customer account

Step 1. When logging in, you will by default be within your partner account, you can then select Admin in the sidebar and then Accounts.

Step 2. Select the Switch To Account button for the Customer Account to start testing the integration.

Step 3. Select Locations in the sidebar to find your two test locations, channel links, and any configuration required to test your integration.
