Staging and Production Environments

Introduction

You will gain access to a staging account when receiving the Client ID and Client Secret from our API team.

Partner and customer account

The staging environment consists of both a Partner and Customer account.

What is the difference?

• Partner account: Used to access a customer's account.
• Customer account: Used to test Deliverect functionality. Such as creating test orders and publishing menus.

Access your customer account

Step 1. After logging in, select Admin in the sidebar and then select Accounts.

Step 2. Select the Switch To Account button for the Customer Account to start testing the integration.

Step 3. Select Locations in the sidebar to find your two test locations, channel links, and any configuration required to test your integration.

You will receive access to our Production environment once your integration is certified by our API team. You are then provided with a new set of API keys and user invites for your Partner account.

IP Addresses

You can use whitelisting for any webhooks that we call. The preferred way is to whitelist our domains since that allows us to add or change IPs without impacting you.
