Before sending orders to Deliverect, the correct PLU's and menus should be available on the channel. While possible manually, it is prone to mistakes, and menus often change (additional products, new prices, etc.).

The preferred way is to implement the menu push webhook, allowing the online menu to be updated with new information from the POS and or Deliverect.

There's also an endpoint where you can receive status updates on orders pushed to Deliverect. The information allows optimization for the pick-up of orders.
