Create Test Orders
How should I expect to receive orders?
Every order Deliverect sends to a POS, regardless of the channel, is sent in the same format to the Order Notification webhook you provide us.
Send a test order to a POS
Step 1. Access your customer account.
Step 2. Select Menus in the sidebar.
Step 3. Find the menu you want to test, select the ⫶ icon ① , and choose Preview ②.
Step 4. Add one or multiple items to your basket.
Step 5. Select the basket icon.
Step 6. Select the Add info button.
Step 6. Set any additional parameters (see the table at the bottom of the page for the available options). Once ready, select the Save Edits button.
Customer Phone Number
When adding customer information, ensure that the phone number is E.164 compliant (e.g., +32123456789). To test a local number, make sure your location address is filled in and add a phone number that is valid for that location without the country code.
Step 7. Select the Place order button.

Customer details | Toggle on Is customer info supported?. Input the following details in the Customer Information section. • Name • Company • Phone Number | |
Paid/Unpaid | Toggle on or off Is order already paid?. This sets orderIsAlreadyPaid to true or false. |
Decimal digits
If you are in a country where you need to receive amounts with three decimal digits (e.g., Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia), you can perform a test by selecting 3 in the Decimal digits dropdown found in the Add Info section.
