All orders that Deliverect sends to a POS, regardless of the channel, will be sent in the same format to a webhook you provide us. See the API Doc sample in the 'Order Webhook' section.
Step 1. Log in to Deliverect.
Step 2. Go to the Accounts page
1 and switch to the account you want to use to test
Step 3. Go to Menus
1 and click on Preview Menu
Step 4. Add items to your basket.
Step 5. Click on the Add info button.
Step 6. Set any additional parameters (see the table at the bottom of the page for the available options). Once ready, click on the Save Edits button.
Customer Phone Number
When you add customer information, note that the phone number should be e164 compliant i.e +31610225454. In addition, in order to test a local number, make sure your location address is filled in and add a phone number that is valid for that location without the country code.
Step 7. Finally, click on Place Order.
If you are in a country where you need to receive amounts with 3 decimal digits, for example Bahrain, Kuwait or Saudi Arabia, you can test this by selecting value 3, in the decimal digits dropdown found in the Add Info section.
