How to Update an Order

Why does an order being delivered need updated?

Executing the delivery and managing the drivers/riders is the job of dispatch partners. However, we still want to pass back all relevant delivery updates to the user and ordering channel to keep them informed on the progress or any changes.

What type of updates are supported?

It is possible for you to provide updates on the following:

  • Delivery status
  • Delivery time ETA
  • Pickup time ETA
  • Courier info (name, phone, lat/lon)
  • Transport type

How do I submit an order update?

You can provide updates via the Update Delivery endpoint.
