Update Orders

Why does an order being delivered need updating?

Executing the delivery and managing the drivers/riders is the job of dispatch partners. However, we still want to pass back all relevant delivery updates to the user and ordering channel to keep them informed on the progress or any changes.

Supported updates

You can provide updates on the following:

  • Delivery status
  • Delivery time ETA
  • Pickup time ETA
  • Courier info (name, phone, lat/lon)
  • Transport type
